To continue the discussion from that last anon, hasn't Vampire Weekend always been doing this? They released their Holiday video in May, four months after Contra was released. And even with Oxford Comma, it was released several months after their self-titled debuted. Ezra has always been kind of a filmmaker of some sorts. I think they just like making videos.
I think the previous anon was talking about the first single's release date not the album? But anyway, yeah I agree with you that they like to make videos. I hope they will release more soon!
